Our tech team is expanding to support an ambitious roadmap. We need an experienced Senior Software Engineer (Back‑end / Ruby) to help build and scale our product, define technical solutions, and experiment with new ideas.

• Interact with the Product Manager to review project specs
• Prepare integration plans, break‑downs, and estimations
• Hands‑on code implementation, PRs, code reviews, testing, and other delivery tasks
• Collaborate with the product team, web developers, SRE, and data scientists

• 5+ years of experience as a back‑end or full‑stack engineer with recent Ruby‑on‑Rails work
• Experience in tech scale‑ups or fast‑paced environments
• Code used by thousands of monthly users on large‑scale products
• English fluency, strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ownership mindset – you take full responsibility for your work

• Comfortable building uncensored AI products (NSFW) and content

• Data science or generative AI experience (NLP, ML, MLOps)
