We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to take ownership of the LiDAR room scanning journey at Exposed Solutions. This critical role involves enhancing the quality and accuracy of 3D scans, optimizing the stability of the LiDAR‑to‑portal pipeline, and ensuring seamless integration of end‑to‑end scanning processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D data processing, software development, and working with LiDAR technology.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with LiDAR technology, 3D modeling, and point cloud processing.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or similar.
• Experience with 3D data processing frameworks and tools, such as PCL (Point Cloud Library), Open3D, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques applied to spatial data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards innovation and continuous improvement.

• Own and continuously improve the end‑to‑end LiDAR scanning process, ensuring high‑quality data capture and processing.
• Develop and refine algorithms for enhancing scan quality, accuracy, and stability of the 3D models generated.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate LiDAR data seamlessly into the overall AI‑driven solution pipeline.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues within the LiDAR‑to‑portal pipeline, implementing robust solutions to enhance reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in LiDAR technology, 3D data processing, and AI applications, applying relevant innovations to current projects.
• Document processes, algorithms, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development efforts.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new features and improvements to ensure optimal performance.
