Overview

Mid-Level Python Developer - Remote First. OB have partnered with a Fin Tech company looking to add 2 x Mid-Level Python Developers to their engineering team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CTO & Head of Engineering to influence projects from day one and develop their systems.

In this role, you'll design highly complex systems and applications, write high-quality and scalable code, and optimise the performance of Python-based applications.

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable Python applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CTO and Head of Engineering to deliver impactful solutions.
• Write clean, documented code and optimise performance of Python-based systems.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.

• 2+ years of commercial experience using Python.
• Strong proficiency with Python and experience with Flask or similar frameworks.
• SQL expertise.
• Cloud experience, ideally AWS.
• Computer Science/STEM degree from a top-ranked university.

Base salary of £50k-£60k, with a great benefits package included. Flexible with remote working (2-4 office visits per month) with a Central London based office.
