We’re looking for individuals with strong coding and software development experience to help train AI models. You’ll review, evaluate, and create code examples or programming-related content to improve AI accuracy and performance.

Job Description

Location: Remote

Hours: ~20 hours per week (varies)

• Review AI-generated code snippets, programming solutions, or technical explanations
• Provide feedback on code correctness, efficiency, and best practices
• Create and refine programming examples and exercises used to train AI models
• Follow project guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with internal teams when clarification or context is needed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Clear written communication skills to explain technical concepts
• Comfortable working independently and following structured instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs
