• At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience, including solid recent proficiency in Golang.
• Previous experience in financial technology with knowledge of post‑trade flows, settlements, or derivatives.
• Strong commitment to Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) and ensuring code is thoroughly tested, documented, and validated.
• Proficiency working with SDKs, APIs, automated code generation, and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Practical experience with Clean Architecture (considered a significant advantage).
• Ability to thrive and adapt within a fast‑paced, ever‑changing work environment.

• Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a big plus
