C# Developer

This fast-growing tech business builds and supports the internal systems that keep operations moving. They’re looking for a pragmatic C# Developer who enjoys improving what already exists and making a real difference to how the business runs day to day.

• Maintaining and enhancing existing C#/.NET applications used internally
• Supporting business-critical systems and tools across the organisation
• Building and refining integrations with third-party platforms and APIs
• Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues
• Delivering BAU development work that keeps systems stable and efficient
• Working closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand real needs
• Making incremental, meaningful improvements rather than full rewrites

• Strong hands‑on experience with C# and .NET
• Confidence working within established codebases and legacy systems
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills in live environments
• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows
• Knowledge of Cosmos and relational databases
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup
• Clear communication skills when dealing with non‑technical users
