Base pay range: £50K - £60K

• Write exceptional, clean code while owning complex features end‑to‑end.

• 4+ years of full stack engineering experience (React.js, Next.js, Type Script, or similar frameworks).
• Strong technical expertise in Prisma, Postgre
  
  SQL, and building scalable backend systems.
• Excellent system design and architecture skills.
• A proven track record of delivering complex projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong mentoring ability, with a genuine interest in coaching and supporting other engineers.
