Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for two experienced Full Stack Engineers to join a newly formed development team. This is a true zero-to-one builder role within a startup-style environment, backed by the stability of an established business.

You will architect and build the core platform powering the future of influencer marketing, transforming untapped intellectual property into a scalable, high-impact product serving global brands. This role is focused on greenfield development — not maintaining legacy code or patching existing pipelines.

We are hiring two engineers to work alongside a Technical Product Manager. While this is a full-stack environment, we are intentionally balancing deep expertise across the team:

• Role A: Full Stack Engineer with strong, evidenced expertise in Architecture (data modelling, scalable infrastructure, API design).
• Role B: Full Stack Engineer with strong, evidenced expertise in Product Engineering (UX implementation, component architecture, React/Vue).

Candidates should be comfortable working across the stack, with clear depth in one of these domains.

• End-to-End Ownership: Take features from ambiguous requirements through to production. Frame the problem, design the solution, ship the code, and own its reliability.
• System Architecture: Design and evolve distributed systems — from robust data pipelines and microservices to high-performance, responsive client-side applications.
• Product Partnership: Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success to ensure the right problems are being solved. Challenge assumptions and help shape the technical roadmap.
• Engineering Standards: Establish CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), and code quality standards for a new team.
• Data & AI Integration: Implement data access patterns and integrate AI-driven capabilities (analytics, recommendations, automation) into production systems.

We value modern engineering practices and pragmatic tool selection. Our core ecosystem includes:

• Infrastructure: Cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka (event-driven architecture)

Tools:

• Experience: 5+ years building and scaling production web applications. Depth of contribution matters more than tenure — demonstrate shipped complexity.
• Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven experience setting up architecture and development environments for new products or startup teams.
• Technical Versatility:
• Backend-leaning:
  Strong SQL and data modelling skills; experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Cloud Native: Hands-on experience with AWS or GCP, including configuration and observability.
• Quality-Driven: Disciplined approach to testing and metrics; validation over blind trust in output.

• Experience integrating with social media APIs (e.g. Tik Tok, Meta, You Tube)
• Background in search, information retrieval, scraping, or large-scale data collection
