You will collaborate closely with senior engineers, the Salesforce Manager, and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement well‑defined designs and follow established platform standards.

Salesforce Development
  • Build and maintain Salesforce functionality using Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.

  • Support testing, deployment, and post‑release validation of changes.
Design & Implementation Support

  • Document implementation details and configuration changes.
  • Participate in design and code reviews and incorporate feedback.
Integrations & Data
  • Implement and support Salesforce integrations using existing patterns and guidance.
  • Assist in troubleshooting integration and data synchronisation issues.
  • Work with internal teams to support data consistency across systems.
Ways of Working

  • Follow established development standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes.
  • Proactively raise risks, limitations, or quality concerns during delivery.
Qualities we look for

    Platform Developer I.
  • 24 years hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience with Apex, Flows, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience working with Salesforce APIs and external systems.
  • Ability to communicate implementation choices and constraints clearly.
  • Familiarity with GTM or commercial processes in a SaaS environment.
Nice to have
  • Exposure to Quote‑to‑Cash or subscription billing platforms.
  • Familiarity with Dev Ops tooling such as Gearset or Copado.
