About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Frontend Code Reviewer to audit, review, and improve our frontend codebase. This role focuses on ensuring clean architecture, maintainable code, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices across our web applications.
You will go beyond reviewing syntax and formatting — your responsibility will be to improve structure, scalability, and overall code quality.
Responsibilities
- Review frontend pull requests (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
- Improve code structure, readability, and maintainability
- Enforce coding standards and best practices
- Suggest UI/UX improvements when relevant
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Detect potential security issues in frontend logic
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback
- Help define and document frontend architecture standards
- Strong experience with React
- Experience with Next.js
- Solid knowledge of Type Script
- Deep understanding of modern frontend architecture
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Git and pull request workflows
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Web3 frontends
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or modern UI frameworks
- Experience working with design systems
- Background in scalable SaaS products
- Highly detail-oriented

Position Requirements
High School
Skills / Industry Qualifications Required
- Proven experience in frontend development with React and Next.js
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Deep understanding of component-based architecture and scalable frontend design
- Experience reviewing pull requests and enforcing coding standards
- Strong knowledge of state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Context API, etc.)
- Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting, etc.)
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Knowledge of frontend security best practices (XSS prevention, secure authentication flows, etc.)
- Experience using Git and collaborative workflows (Git Hub, Git Lab, Bitbucket)
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and structured feedback
- Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with scalable SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Background in Web3 or blockchain-based frontend applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
