Senior Solution Architect - REMOTE

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions that align with strategic goals within the telecommunications sector and beyond. You will ensure that all projects are managed efficiently, completing them on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.

This position requires a strong technical leadership presence and the ability to innovate and implement best practices in software development. You will collaborate closely with clients to provide tailored solutions that drive value and quality in service delivery.

• Lead developers in software design, development, and deployment, enforcing best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate advanced technologies and modular software design principles.
• Understand client needs to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
• Implement rigorous testing processes to ensure software quality and performance.
• Continuously enhance development processes through feedback and emerging technologies.
• Regularly communicate project progress, challenges, and opportunities for innovation to senior leadership.

• Expertise in scalable and modular software architecture.
• Proficient in Java (JavaSE 6+), Spring, SQL (Oracle/MySQL), CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, JQuery, Hibernate, Maven, Git/SVN, UI/UX design.
• Experience with Dev Ops (CI/CD), Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
• Knowledge of software testing and automation frameworks.
• Telecom or revenue protection domain experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
