Senior React Developer

We’re partnering with a leading international insurance company on a major digital transformation project, a full website rewrite that will redefine how customers interact with their platform.

This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll help build the next-generation experience from the ground up, working alongside an experienced engineering team to create a modern, scalable, high-performance frontend.

• Lead frontend development using React and modern JavaScript/Type Script ecosystems.
• Help architect and deliver a full website rebuild with performance, accessibility, and scalability in mind.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams in an agile environment.
• Drive clean, maintainable code and strong engineering practices.
• Optimise user experience, responsiveness, and frontend performance.

• Strong commercial experience as a Senior React Developer.
• Deep knowledge of:
  • React (hooks, component architecture, state management)
  • Type Script
  • Modern frontend tooling and build pipelines
  • API integrations (REST / Graph
    
    QL)
  • Testing frameworks and best practices
• Experience working on large-scale web applications or redesigns.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and performance optimisation.
• Comfortable owning decisions and collaborating across teams.
• Strong communication skills, you’ll be working with an international team.
