• Design and implement Salesforce solutions according to business requirements
• Develop scalable and maintainable applications in partnership with the Platform Architect
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to translate requirements into user stories
• Participate in Dev Ops processes, including version control, CI/CD, and release management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and optimize existing implementations

• 4+ years hands-on experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and data security
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, external systems)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for complex Salesforce environments
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within agile or scrum frameworks

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, or Architect track
• Experience integrating Salesforce with applications leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies
