• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery

• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a software engineer
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and launching backend systems using Python or Kotlin
• Familiarity with distributed systems and technologies such as AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• Ability to navigate a large codebase, debug others' code, and provide constructive feedback
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team

• Experience with software development best practices and methodologies
• Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback-seeking from peers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with code review processes and best practices in software engineering
