What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Modernize the existing platform by migrating .NET Framework applications to modern .NET and Azure, breaking down monolithic architectures into microservices

Design secure, scalable APIs and microservices across hybrid and Azure environments, utilizing PaaS and serverless capabilities

Optimize multi‑terabyte SQL Server databases and manage large‑scale data migrations

Create and maintain complex data pipelines, migrating on‑prem patterns to Azure using Data Factory and other tools

Mentor peers on technical skills and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape technical direction

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of experience building complex software on the Microsoft stack (.NET / C#) with extensive SQL Server experience

Proven experience in legacy modernization, migrating .NET Framework apps to modern .NET and refactoring monoliths

Strong knowledge of Azure services including App Service, Functions, and Data Factory

Experience with containerizing .NET applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)

BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Understanding of LLM fundamentals, vector databases, and agentic system design

Experience with data lakes/lake houses, Databricks, and serverless architectures

Familiarity with modern SSO and federated identity solutions like SAML and OAuth/OIDC
