VP of Engineering - REMOTE

Accountabilities

Partner with CPO and CTO to execute the technical roadmap.

Own the architectural direction supporting growth and innovation.

Promote technical excellence through automation and best practices.

Lead initiatives to improve delivery velocity, predictability, and quality.

Coach and mentor leaders in building high-trust teams.

Champion diversity and equitable growth within the engineering culture.

Ensure compliance with information security policies and standards.

Requirements

10+ years of engineering leadership experience, including high-growth SaaS.

Proven experience in optimizing delivery operations without sacrificing quality.

Deep knowledge of cloud architectures and modern development practices.

Excellent executive-level communication skills.

Experience leading teams within a Quality Management System.

Strong focus on talent development and cultural engagement.

Ability to operate under a growth mindset and drive continuous improvement.

Understanding of relevant clinical guidelines and compliance regulations.
