We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of Software Engineers delivering solutions that harness data & the latest AI advancements to generate measurable business impacts, ensuring our leadership in quality software testing services. This role reports to the Director, Engineering.

• In the absence of a dedicated product management team, you’ll play a key role in product discovery, working closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and freelance contributors to deeply understand product challenges, not just feature requests. You’ll influence both the technical strategy and product direction, making a meaningful impact on user experience. • Lead a high‑performing team focused on Platform work management capabilities (e.g., Tests, Issues, Tasks, Runs), designing and delivering AI‑powered features and systems that directly impact users and drive business outcomes.
• Enforce operational discipline by ensuring all work is properly labeled/traced, and the Definition of Done (DoD) is strictly followed to minimize escaped defects.
• Driving Scrum rituals, backlog prioritization, and technical design reviews to balance rapid iteration with long‑term scalability.
• Lead and manage multiple projects tied to the core product and contribute to the product's growth.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business to translate complex problems into actionable, impactful engineering work, owning the solution from concept to deployment.
