The RoleIntermediate full‑stack developer passionate about building real‑world applications and exploring AI‑assisted development. You’ll work on features that support shift management and communication, core to our mission of simplifying workforce operations. Responsibilities include building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to both frontend and backend development.
What You’ll Do- Rapidly prototype new functionality using AI‑powered platforms like Locofy and Bolt
- Collaborate with AI agents and developers using tools such as Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate development
- Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js on the frontend and .NET 9 on the backend
- Design and optimize database queries and structures using MSSQL
- Integrate and manage asynchronous messaging systems
- Configure and maintain web servers and reverse proxies
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, QA, and Dev Ops
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Ensure code quality, performance, privacy, and security best practices
- Use Git Hub for version control, issue tracking, and CI/CD workflows
- 3–5 years of professional experience in full‑stack development
- Experience with Domain‑Driven Design and Microservices
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
- Proficiency in Vue.js, Type Script, .NET (preferably .NET
9) using C# - Good understanding of MSSQL database design and optimization
- Experience with message brokers and high‑traffic systems
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Understanding of Lean methodology
- Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted development platforms (e.g., Locofy, Bolt)
- Experience building scheduling or workforce management applications
- Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM‑based workflows
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git Hub, and CI/CD pipelines
