About The Job

We have successfully completed the modernisation phase of one of our key defence projects and are now kicking off brand‑new work packages under a new contract. As we move forward into this exciting stage, we are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer residing in Ankara to join our team.

If you want to take part in shaping large‑scale, cutting‑edge solutions in the defence industry while leading and mentoring a talented team, this role is for you!

As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth integration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in automating build, test and deployment processes across both on‑premises and cloud‑based systems.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for front‑end and back‑end projects
  • Manage Azure Dev Ops build and release pipelines, including automation of testing and deployments
  • Implement and maintain private npm feeds, versioning and Angular package management
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure reliability, scalability and performance of applications
  • Support infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Power Shell or ARM templates
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and optimize build and release workflows to improve delivery speed and quality
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Dev Ops, including CI/CD and infrastructure automation
  • Strong expertise with Azure Dev Ops, pipelines and automation scripting
  • Hands‑on experience with Angular front‑end delivery and back‑end packaging (e.g., Advanced Installer)
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git), containerization and artifact management
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
