Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days in office

We are hiring a Front End Django Web Developer to join a growing, mission‑led technology company with a strong Tech4

, not a replacement, joining a small tech team to build high‑impact products.

You will work on the frontend of a Django application, collaborating closely with designers, UI and UX specialists, and feature managers to deliver clean, accessible, and well‑structured user interfaces. This role suits someone who enjoys building robust frontends without unnecessary complexity and prefers clarity over hype.

• Django with a frontend focus
• Vanilla JavaScript (not reliant on existing front end libraries)

• HTML and CSS

• Solid experience building frontend features using Django
• Strong vanilla JavaScript skills
• Confidence working from designs and collaborating with design teams
• Logical, thoughtful problem solver who enjoys reasoning challenges
• Comfortable being office based and working closely with others

• Before probation: 4 to 5 days per week in the office
• After probation: 3 days per week in the office. This role suits someone who enjoys being around people rather than fully remote work.
