Position: Firmware Engineer - Hybrid Role at Tenstorrent
Join Tenstorrent as a Firmware Engineer and contribute to AI-driven technologies from a hybrid location in Toronto, ON. You will develop critical system management firmware while collaborating with various teams.

In this role, you will leverage your 5+ years of embedded firmware experience to deliver exceptional firmware solutions for our advanced RISC-V system architecture. Your C/C++ programming skills will be pivotal as you engage with bootloaders, embedded Linux, and integrate solutions across the system software stack. Collaboration with hardware and validation teams is key to achieving high reliability in our firmware.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain firmware for embedded management cores

• Drive new platform bring-up and low-level interface development

• Build power management and telemetry solutions

• Establish comprehensive validation coverage through rigorous testing

Requirements:

• 5+ years in embedded or low-level system software

• Proficient in C/C++ and hardware-software integration tools

• Familiarity with bootloaders and drivers essential

• Experience with secure boot and CI preferred
