Genesys Developer; Remote

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Genesys Developer to join our team and contribute to large‑scale call center and customer interaction projects.

The role focuses on developing, integrating, and enhancing Genesys‑based call center solutions in a dynamic technical environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Genesys Engage
• Hands‑on experience with Genesys API, Workspace SDK, and Add‑in development
• Experience developing ASR/TTS applications using GVP platform, VXML, MRCP, and SAPI
• Strong development experience in C#, Java, or Java Script
• Experience with SQL‑based databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services
• Experience integrating with reporting/BI systems
• Strong understanding of call center processes and Genesys architecture
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English

• Develop and maintain Genesys‑based call center applications
• Work on API integrations and customer interaction solutions
• Participate in enhancement and transformation projects
• Collaborate with technical and business teams in an agile environment
