Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Genesys Developer to join our team and contribute to large‑scale call center and customer interaction projects.
The role focuses on developing, integrating, and enhancing Genesys‑based call center solutions in a dynamic technical environment.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years of experience with Genesys Engage
- Hands‑on experience with Genesys API, Workspace SDK, and Add‑in development
- Experience developing ASR/TTS applications using GVP platform, VXML, MRCP, and SAPI
- Strong development experience in C#, Java, or Java Script
- Experience with SQL‑based databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and web services
- Experience integrating with reporting/BI systems
- Strong understanding of call center processes and Genesys architecture
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English
- Develop and maintain Genesys‑based call center applications
- Work on API integrations and customer interaction solutions
- Participate in enhancement and transformation projects
- Collaborate with technical and business teams in an agile environment
