Senior Product Builder (Java / Full Stack)

Fully Remote (UK)

We’re hiring a Senior Product Builder to help modernise and evolve a large-scale SaaS platform used by global organisations managing complex regulatory and compliance workflows.

This is a hands‑on senior engineering role for someone who enjoys solving real‑world problems, building high‑quality software, and leading through technical credibility rather than hierarchy.

You’ll work across backend, frontend, integrations, cloud infrastructure, and architecture — taking ownership from concept through to production and continuous improvement.

• Strong commercial software engineering experience
• Java / Spring expertise
• Modern frontend experience (React or Vue)
• Comfortable working across both modern and legacy systems
• Strong product and ownership mindset
• Self‑starter who thrives in a remote environment
• Pragmatic, proactive, and delivery‑focused
• Someone who raises the standards of the team around them
• Experience with CI/CD, APIs, cloud‑hosted applications, and modern engineering practices
• AI‑assisted development tooling experience is a bonus
• Azure experience beneficial
