Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance team capability for software products

• Remove team obstacles and improve processes

• Coach team members in technical and project skills

• Introduce modern practices in the software lifecycle

• Support execution of plans with Product Owners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or similar

• 10+ years in Software Development, 5 years leading teams

• Proven problem-solving abilities in technology

• Experience with agile software development

• Strong written and verbal communication
