About This Role  Our backend team owns the APIs, queues, and data pipelines that underpin Tek Valley's platform. You will design and ship reliable PHP/Laravel services, collaborate with frontend engineers on API contracts, and help the team maintain high availability across production environments.

Key Responsibilities   Design and build RESTful and Graph

QL APIs in PHP/Laravel
Write database migrations and optimise MySQL query performance
Implement background job queues (Laravel Horizon / Redis)
Build and maintain third-party API integrations (Meta, Google, Hub Spot)
Write thorough unit and integration tests
Participate in architecture reviews and on-call rotations
Document services and maintain internal runbooks
Requirements   4+ years PHP backend development
Deep Laravel or Symfony experience
Strong MySQL / query optimisation skills

Experience with Redis and queue systems
Comfort with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with REST API design best practices
