• Stay updated on industry advancements in platform engineering

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software engineering or Dev Ops roles

• 4+ years in a managerial capacity with distributed teams

• Understanding of Developer Experience frameworks and metrics

• Experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure-as-code

• Proven leadership skills in technical roadmaps
