This full‑time position as a Technical Lead is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. The Technical Lead will oversee technical strategy and lead software development projects, including evaluating requirements, implementing solutions, maintaining performance, and ensuring seamless team collaboration. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, architecting scalable solutions, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

The Technical Lead will also stay current with emerging technical trends relevant to the business.

• Proficiency in software development, including coding in modern programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Strong experience with system architecture, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and microservices
• Team leadership and collaboration skills to manage projects, mentor team members, and coordinate cross‑functional efforts
• Expertise in debugging, problem‑solving, and code review for maintaining and improving application quality and performance
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops best practices
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly
• Experience with Fin Tech or investment‑focused organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
