Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to define and shape Salesforce solutions

• Design detailed technical implementations for optimal user experiences

• Own and implement new Salesforce features and functionalities

• Enhance solution quality through best practices and unit testing

• Provide expert guidance on production support and optimization

Requirements:

• 8+ years Salesforce platform development experience

• Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Leadership skills with a continuous learning mindset
