Quadra is a leading chemical and ingredients distributor in Canada and the United States.
This role reports directly to the Commercial Applications Manager and is focused on developing and enhancing the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
Workplace FlexibilityMinimum attendance of 2 days per week at HQ office in Vaudreuil‑Dorion, Quebec. Hybrid remote work is available.
Responsibilities- Manage Salesforce configuration, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Implement and manage custom objects, fields, and validation rules.
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data governance.
- Perform regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and flows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Mule Soft and APIs.
- Apply source control (Git) and CI/CD best practices for development, deployments, and release processes.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Participate in Salesforce community events and networking opportunities.
- Identify and implement improvements to the Salesforce platform and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions.
- Provide estimates, deliver solutions on time and work closely with other developers, administrators and consultants.
- Communicate effectively with non‑technical team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technology‑focused degree.
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Experience with integration tools and third‑party applications.
- Experience with Sales Cloud (must‑have).
- Experience with Experience Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot) is an asset.
- Mule Soft experience is an asset.
- Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment is an asset.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingual (French/English) preferred.

The annual base pay range for this position is reasonably expected to be $73,400 to $114,700. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package; the role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and full benefits.
