Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance IVR applications aligned with requirements
• Integrate solutions with essential internal services
• Monitor systems for improved customer interactions
• Resolve technical issues in IVR and contact center
• Support project managers to ensure solution quality
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years in software development, Java-focused
• Proficient in Java EE and Spring frameworks
• Experienced with SQL and cloud platform development
• Knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
