Senior Machine Learning Engineer
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable AI solutions exploiting custom machine learning models. In your role, you will be tasked to translate cybersecurity challenges into innovative ML/AI solutions, contributing to the product and protection offered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy ML models/solutions to solve real‑world business problems.
Optimize, validate and monitor model performance in production, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and processing workflows to handle large volumes of data effectively.
Analyze large‑scale volumes of data, identifying patterns and anomalies.
Collaborate effectively intra‑ and cross‑team to translate cybersecurity challenges into ML‑driven solutions.

What We’re Looking For
Experience

3+ years of experience in training, deploying and testing ML/AI models.

Technical Knowledge

Solid understanding of computer science principles, machine learning algorithms, and data structures.
Strong proficiency in Python.

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis libraries (Pandas, Num Py).

Experience with version control systems (Git).

Experience with container technology (Docker).
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Soft Skills

Proven ability to work both autonomously and as a highly effective, constructive member of a collaborative team.
Initiative when working independently, managing tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with designers, developers, and product stakeholders.
A proactive and problem‑solving mindset, eager to tackle complex challenges.

Nice If You Have

Previous experience with Agentic AI or Large Language Models (LLMs).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deployment and management of ML models, as well as the implementation of robust data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage.
Cybersecurity background.
Knowledge of big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
