Key Responsibilities:
• Lead online engineering for EA SPORTS™ FC franchise
• Mentor and coordinate a global engineering team
• Deliver core online systems and infrastructure
• Collaborate with production on milestone planning
• Drive engineering best practices and system health
Requirements:
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in online, multiplayer, or distributed systems
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of game networking concepts
• Proven record in large-scale, real-time systems
