- We are searching for a permanent Senior Manager, Data Platforms and Engineering to join our Information and Technology Services team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $130,000 – $150,000 per year.

Key Ways This Position Makes An ImpactThe Senior Manager, Data Platforms and Engineering will collaborate closely with the Director, Data and Insights to ensure alignment with enterprise data strategy, governance, and organizational priorities.
In this role, you will lead and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, training, and performance management while determining appropriate staffing levels, hiring, promotion, and, where required, disciplinary decisions in accordance with Human Resources policies and employment legislation.
The manager owns the data platform architecture, lifecycle, and operational management of enterprise data platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
You will lead the design and development of data pipelines, data services, and cloud‑native processing frameworks to support analytics and operational workloads.
In this role, you will oversee enterprise data orchestration, integration frameworks, and automated workflows to support data movement and transformation.
You will define and maintain enterprise data architecture, including conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
