CLIENT Senior QA Engineer: Remote Regional Municipality

Join CLIENT as a Senior QA Engineer, supporting work from home across Canada. This role focuses on testing automation and mentoring to drive software quality forward.

In response to internal changes, CLIENT is searching for a Senior QA Engineer to support the development team. While Halifax is preferred for hybrid work arrangements, remote candidates are welcome if they align with Atlantic or Eastern Time. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to enhance product quality and efficiency.

• Define testing outcomes with Product Managers and Engineers
• Ensure proper testing documentation and artifact management
• Create testing suites that deliver rapid feedback
• Mentor junior engineers to elevate their QA capabilities
• Engage throughout the entire software development process

• Bachelor’s in computer science or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years in software testing and automation
• Proficient in C# and Transact‑SQL (TSQL)
• Familiar with Azure Dev Ops, Jira, and Git workflows
• Experience in Selenium and API testing frameworks
