Guidewire ClaimCenter Engineer

Become a critical member of a development team as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Guidewire Claim Center. This contract position allows for flexible remote work, with occasional on-site collaboration.

As a Senior Engineer, you will utilize your extensive Guidewire Claim Center experience to lead the design, development, and maintenance of business applications in a Guidewire Cloud environment. This role requires expertise in Agile frameworks and the ability to manage the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring high coding standards through peer reviews and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of application features

• Collaborate on technical designs with stakeholders

• Manage the entire software development lifecycle

• Conduct peer code and design reviews

• Develop and enhance automated testing frameworks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Guidewire application development

• Experience with Guidewire Cloud preferred

• Strong skills in GOSU and web services

• Familiar with Git, Team City, Jira

• Post-secondary degree in Software Development
