Location: Greater London
Outpost is seeking a full-time Software Engineer to own features across the full stack, focusing on building and improving internal AI tooling. The successful candidate will have 3–6 years of software engineering experience and strong skills in Type Script, Node.js, and Python.
This role requires the ability to ship complete features end-to-end and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity. The work is remote, and focus is on building a high-performance culture within a small team.
