You will join a scaling AdTech business whose product team has rebuilt their platform from scratch, leveraging Claude Code and other cutting-edge tools to accelerate delivery. This Product Engineer role exists because the old boundaries between product, engineering, and design no longer fit. You’ll join a team moving at real pace, shipping new features daily, not waiting weeks for ticket queues or handoffs.

As a Product Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of product vision, technical depth, and AI-native build. This is a zero-to-one environment: you’ll drive solutions for brands who have never seen anything like this, in an industry where legacy competitors can’t keep up. Own the full cycle from discovery to delivery: talk to customers, extract the true need, and build the solution yourself.

Shape requirements and scope features, making smart tradeoffs between speed, quality, and impact.

Ship working software fast using Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next, with no handoff or backlog delays.

Go deep: build features that go beyond surface-level side projects, tackling complexity and blockers head-on.

Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and design, representing the team to large enterprise brands.

Hold yourself accountable for quality by covering edge cases, testing rigorously, and catching bugs before users do.

Product instincts: you think in workflows, outcomes, and user value first.

Hands‑on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-native tools, building real products, not just CV side projects.

Technical fluency: you understand databases, APIs, frontend/backend tradeoffs, and how systems fit together.

Comfort operating in ambiguity, making decisions under uncertainty, and adapting quickly.

Curiosity and ingenuity, with a willingness to dig deep, solve blockers, and push boundaries.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across teams and with external stakeholders.

£80,000–£120,000 base salary, plus annual bonus scheme.

Hybrid working:
