Position: Senior Software Engineer Team Lead Role
SpryPoint is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Team Lead to enhance our innovative software solutions for utilities. This remote position emphasizes leadership and technical expertise.

In this role, you will lead a skilled team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality product deliveries and a collaborative culture. Your experience in Agile practices and Java backend development will guide the team toward effective user-centric solutions. Foster growth and innovation while addressing complex industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and guide team members in software development

• Promulgate Agile values and facilitate ceremonies

• Conduct one-on-one meetings to support team growth

• Collaborate productively with Product Owners on priorities

• Review code and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience

• Leadership and mentorship experience in technical roles

• Deep understanding of microservices and RESTful APIs

• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and Java Script
