Software Engineering Team Leader

• Lead, coach, and inspire a remote engineering team, fostering continuous improvement and high productivity.
• Recruit, retain, and develop engineering talent to build a high‑density, high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, product managers, and stakeholders to set vision, strategy, and deliver successful features.
• Own the full development lifecycle: design, build, deploy, and maintain front‑end and back‑end solutions.
• Design and maintain infrastructure that enables integration across services and third‑party systems.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and lead projects focused on solving real‑world business and patient challenges.
• Drive process and practice maturity to support global growth opportunities.

• 2+ years of experience as an engineering team lead or senior full‑stack engineer.
• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience, with strong knowledge of Typescript/JavaScript and Node.js.
• Experience building single‑page applications using frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Proficient with database technologies (Postgre
  
  SQL, SQL Server, or similar).
• Solid understanding of RESTful and Graph
  
  QL APIs and integration with internal and external services.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, Dynamo
  
  DB, S3, Aurora, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
