Salary: £68,635 (National), £72,104 9

London) per annum. Rising to £69,322 (National), £72,791 (London) per annum on successful completion of probation. We may offer a non contractual labour market supplement of up to £10,000 per annum, subject to your skills, experience and suitability for the post probation salary level.

We are recruiting for a Lead Developer (Appian) to join our Digital Change team. You will act as the senior technical authority, setting engineering standards and ensuring secure, high‑quality, and maintainable delivery.

In this role you will do:

• Lead technical direction and improve ways of working
• Apply deep Appian expertise and broad technical skills
• Recommend the right technologies and approaches
• Support and contribute to the wider developer community
• Mentor and coach developers across the team
• Drive best practice and promote knowledge sharing
