What will you be doing as a Software Engineer (Lead Gen)?

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Lead Gen team. You'll work closely with Product, UX and Engineering colleagues to design, build and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and Azure.
  • Build clean, scalable and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimise applications, databases and system performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation across the development team.
What are we looking for?
  • Previous experience developing software with C#, ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
  • Experience with SQL Server and Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Vue.js or similar front-end frameworks.
  • Familiar with Git Hub and Agile development practices.
  • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
