Product Developer

As a Product Engineer , you deliver product features by partnering with AI agents and production-grade tooling . You focus on turning well-defined artifacts into working , testable , operable software — without compromising quality .

• Strong experience in either front end or back end (full-stack is a plus).
• Ability to reason about edge cases, data contracts, and integration boundaries.
• High ownership for quality and delivery outcomes.
• Experience with design‑to‑code workflows, design systems, or API‑first development.
• Familiarity with incident response, monitoring, and operational checklists.

• Breakdown work into agent‑ready tasks; provide clear context, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate agent outputs into coherent increments (code/config/tests/docs).
• Ensure testability and correctness: unit/integration/contract tests, regression checks.
• Implement observability hooks and contribute to run books for production readiness.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers for technical direction and with Solution Analysts for validation and edge cases.
