About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to contribute to a cross‑functional team building transformative AI agents for HR & Finance. This role is crucial in implementing tooling strategies, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring our AI‑driven solutions integrate effectively within the Workday stack.
You Will- Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver AI‑powered agents that integrate deeply into HR and financial workflows, accelerating intelligent decision‑making.
- Participate in a supportive, iterative team culture that values curiosity, learning, and strong engineering practices.
- Contribute to the growth and success of your teammates through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Take ownership of multiple functional areas in our platform – from development to production (“you build it, you run it”).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 5+ years of experience with a web development framework (Python preferred: Flask, Django, or FastAPI).
- 2+ years of experience with React and Type Script for front‑end/full‑stack development.
- 2+ years of experience with a relational database (Postgre
SQL preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in a computer‑related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with the tradeoffs and architecture of modern distributed systems.
- Knowledge of software development best practices (Dev Ops, CI/CD, automated testing, observability).
- Hands‑on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Experience working within fast‑paced, agile environments and multi‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical partners.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating complex problems into clear, thoughtful solutions.

Primary
Location:
CAN.BC.Vancouver – Base Pay Range: 140,000 – 210,000 CAD. Additional CAN Locations: 140,000 – 210,000 CAD.
We combine in‑person and remote work, requiring that employees spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or in the field. This allows for a flexible schedule that meets business, team, and personal needs.
