As part of the Servicing ML team at Affirm, you will leverage your machine learning proficiency to automate complex tasks such as disputes and chargebacks. Collaborating with various stakeholders, your contributions will ensure the development of efficient, AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create AI systems for automated dispute and chargeback processing
• Build models that accelerate customer refund operations
• Design evidence extraction pipelines utilizing LLMs
• Prototype and validate new model concepts
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in machine learning engineering
• Proficient in Python and production-level coding
• Experience with gradient-boosted decision trees
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and unstructured data
• Skilled in ML lifecycle tools for model management
