This full-time role requires expertise in backend development and data systems. You will design and operate scalable solutions that power Lumos' Autonomous Identity Platform. Key skills include Python, Go, or Type Script, and a deep understanding of data correctness patterns vital for product reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop identity data transformation systems

• Build APIs and services for raw data abstraction

• Contribute to vision for a world-class data infrastructure

• Establish observability and operational tooling for systems

• Implement best practices for scalable data applications

Requirements:

• 3-7 years experience in backend or platform engineering

• Strong development skills in Python, Go, or Type Script

• Instinct for data correctness and observability

• Experience with transactional databases (MySQL/Postgres)

• Familiarity with identity and access governance data
