Key Responsibilities:
• Grow the Software Development practice and its capabilities
• Collaborate with sales to build client pipelines
• Manage P&L and gross margin performance
• Establish AI-assisted development standards
• Conduct team capability assessments and talent planning
Requirements:
• 5+ years in leadership within software development
• 8+ years in software development roles
• Experience with AI-driven transformation
• Proven success in client service delivery
• Familiarity with full stack and web technologies
