Job Summary
Join Capgeminis Financial Services Business Unit within the C&CA (Cloud & Custom Applications) practice as a .NET Developer. Guided by our vision to Consult with Purpose. Continuously Evolve. This role combines full stack engineering with modern delivery practices, enabling you to contribute to robust, user-focused digital solutions.

Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, high-quality applications that meet enterprise performance and reliability standards
- Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices and long-term maintainability
- Build and enhance user-centric applications that deliver seamless and intuitive experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned to business goals
- Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, design discussions, and best practice adoption
- Drive quality outcomes by embedding testing and validation throughout the development lifecycle
- Enable efficient delivery by contributing to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and resilience through proactive optimisation
- Produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Apply AI awareness to enhance productivity, development practices, and solution innovation
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in full stack software development within enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design principles, and architectural patterns
- Experience designing maintainable systems using modern application architectures
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational data design and management
- Experience working in Agile environments with collaborative delivery practices
- Proven ability to contribute to application lifecycle from design through to deployment and support
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong focus on quality, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with .NET, C#, and Angular
- Familiarity with architectural patterns such as Microservices, MVC, and Clean Architecture
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, or Git Hub Actions
- Experience with automation frameworks and Dev Ops practices
- Familiarity with SQL and No
SQL technologies - Experience working in financial services or enterprise-scale environments
