Position: Senior Flutter Developer - Hybrid Role
Location: Southwestern Ontario

This position calls for an experienced developer capable of driving the entire feature lifecycle, from design to support. You will contribute to architectural evolution across our codebase and develop sophisticated desktop capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build high-quality desktop applications using Flutter (Dart)

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of complex features

• Evolve architecture for skills such as modularity and state management

• Integrate Flutter with native code securely and maintainably

• Engage in design discussions and technical documentation

Requirements:

• 7+ years of production software experience with Flutter

• Proficient in system design and managing large codebases

• Strong grasp of desktop UX/UI principles for macOS/Windows

• Experience in cross-platform application development

• Knowledge of accessibility and security practices is an asset
