  Architect, build, and scale highly available, reliable, and secure software applications and distributed systems
• Technical Leadership

  Lead the technical direction of critical projects, making key decisions on technology stacks, tools, and design patterns
• Code Excellence
  :
  Write production-ready, highly optimized code and enforce best practices through rigorous code reviews and pair programming
• Mentorship & Culture
  :
  Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a highly collaborative and continuous-learning team environment
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  Partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Dev Ops to scope technical requirements and define project roadmaps
• System Optimization

  Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical debt, and system vulnerabilities, and engineer proactive strategies to resolve them

• Experience
  : 5+ years of professional software development experience shipping production-grade applications at scal
• Technical Stack
  :
  Deep expertise in one or more core backend/frontend languages such as [e.g., Python, Go, Java, Type Script, C++, or Rust
• Architecture Mastery

  Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, system scaling, and API desig
