Role Overview
As a Kubernetes Customer Resource Developer, you will design, build, and optimize backend services and Kubernetes-native components, including Custom Resources and Operators. You'll work in a highly innovative context, collaborating with distributed teams and contributing to a next‐generation multi‐cloud product.
Main Responsibilities
Backend Python Development — Build APIs and microservices powering cloud-native workflows
Kubernetes Architecture — Develop and manage cloud-native components on K8s
Deploy, test, and manage containerized applications
Work with SQL and No

SQL (MongoDB) databases
Use Git for versioning, branching, and collaborative workflows
Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation
Collaborate with distributed teams on innovative cloud projects
Required Skills
2+ years hands-on Kubernetes experience (operational, not theoretical)

Experience with Custom Resources & Kubernetes Operators (e.g., KOPF)
Backend development experience in:
APIs
Microservices
Deployment & testing pipelines
Strong knowledge of:
SQL databases

Git (advanced branching & versioning)
Ability to produce clear technical documentation
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Go
